10/10
Aye, this spot was dope! Staff was mad chill, especially Anna—she hooked me up with tips, made my stay cozy, and even helped with my Halong Bay trip. Room was fresh and clean, just how I like it. Wifi worked like a dream. Nighttime security had me knockin’, though.

Location is a big plus, offering easy access to the bustling streets nearby. It's a decent place to crash after a long day of exploring.
One mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle, making for some uncomfortable nights. The noise level from the corridors and a nearby room near reception was a bit disruptive at times. The second room smelled of sewage, and I encountered some tiny ants in the bathroom. Additionally, the wi-fi connectivity was unreliable, often requiring a mobile hotspot to get work done.

It was just a balanced option for a rapid stop in Hanoi with decent value for money. The bathroom was surprisingly large and had good water pressure. Check the area for local eateries instead of relying on hotel food.

The location's accessibility made it easy to explore with a quiet ambiance, allowing for a peaceful retreat after busy days. Rooms were clean and equipped with great air conditioning, offering a comfortable environment to rest. Despite the smaller size of some rooms, the staff provided exceptional service, assisting with tours and recommendations which greatly enhanced the experience. However, the furniture showed signs of wear, and some amenities could use updating to improve the overall comfort.
